Hi, I'm
Yolie Aviles
I was born and raised in The Bronx, but also spent many summers in Honduras and Puerto Rico.  My passion for painting and drawing began in first grade and continued to grow as I attended the High School of Art and Design in New York City. After graduation I moved to Baltimore where I studied graphic design at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA). My biggest inspirations have been Keith Haring, Andy Warhol, Kandinsky, Miró,Will Rafuse and Romero Britto. I enjoy painting flowers in oils and my pop art in acrylics.  I also do pencil sketches, linoleum wood prints, and designing with illustrator.  I can be commissioned to do pencil sketches as well as personalized greeting cards, and all my work can be purchased as prints. Check out my work at “Art By Yolie Aviles” on Facebook, yolieaviles.myportfolio.com, or email me directly at artbyyolieaviles@gmail.com.
